Who processes your data

Lucuț Florentin is responsible for messages submitted through this website. For questions or requests about your data, email florentin@lucutflorentin.ro.

What I collect and why

The form collects your name, email address, company if provided, and message. I use these only to read and reply to your enquiry. A cryptographically derived identifier of the IP address is stored to protect the form against abuse. Messages are not used for marketing.

Legal basis for processing

Replying to your message is based on steps taken at your request before a possible collaboration and the legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679). The IP-derived identifier is based on the legitimate interest in protecting the form against abuse.

Where data is stored

Messages are stored in a Supabase project in the Frankfurt region, Germany. The website is hosted on Vercel, which may process technical data needed to deliver pages and maintain server logs. Access to messages is restricted. Technical providers may also process data outside the European Economic Area, with the safeguards required by data protection law.

How long data is kept

I keep messages for as long as needed for correspondence and handling your enquiry. Messages can be deleted from the private dashboard. You can request deletion at the email address above. Data needed to fulfil a legal obligation may be kept for the period required by law.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data and object to its processing, as provided by law. You have the right to lodge a complaint with Romania's National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (dataprotection.ro).

Private conversations in Social

Conversations may include your name, email address, optional company, selected topics and messages exchanged with me. “Seen” status updates when the recipient opens the conversation. “Online in the studio” indicates a recently active administrator session without publishing browsing history.

Visitor access is stored in a technical HttpOnly cookie, limited to the conversation interface, for up to 90 days. The private link gives access to the same conversation and must be kept by its recipient only. Access expiry does not automatically delete correspondence; to request deletion, use the email address above.

Local storage and cookies

The visual theme preference and work display mode (grid or list) are stored locally in your browser. The private dashboard uses local storage for the administrator's sign-in session. For use as a phone app, the browser stores a few static files locally (icons and the offline page). In Social, saved post identifiers are stored on your device, while the return position and filter last for the session. The conversation cookie is used exclusively for private access to messages. This version does not use analytics or advertising cookies.
