An identity with character — Lucuț Florentin
Character from the first introduction.
01 / The intention
A name.
A face.
A presence of my own.
I wanted my identity to reflect how I work: with attention to purpose, drawing and the details that give an object personality.
The engraved portrait, lettering and monogram belong to one family. On the business card, they take on the proportions and rhythm of a playing card.

02 / Anatomy of the identity
Three marks.
The same character.
Each element can stand on its own. Together, they create a recognisable identity.
The engraving-style drawing adds expression and texture. Both portraits share the same visual voice.
Custom lettering brings letter endings and spacing together in a signature with its own rhythm.
The initials condense the identity into a compact mark for details, frames and subtle applications.
03 / The material language
The frame holds.
Details reveal.
Offset corners, a banknote texture and the mirrored portrait give the card the character of a small collectible object.
The front organises information. The back gives the image space. Matte gold traces the outline and highlights the details.
04 / An open system
The signature is here.
The story can continue.
A blank letterhead gives the identity room to breathe. The signature, monogram and fine lines frame the space for future content.
This stationery concept shows how the visual system can extend to another medium, retaining its restraint and family of details.
